Pearl River Bridge Superior Light Soy Sauce 500ml

A traditionally brewed Chinese light soy sauce from Pearl River Bridge, fermented for more than 100 days to develop its characteristic savoury aroma and flavour. Designed as an everyday seasoning for stir-fries, marinades, stews and dipping sauces, it adds saltiness and umami without the deeper colour associated with dark soy sauce.

Ingredients: Water, SOYBEANS, salt, WHEAT flour, preservative (potassium sorbate/E202).
