Hensol Castle Wild Strawberry & Hibiscus Gin 70cl

Hensol Castle Wild Strawberry & Hibiscus Gin is an award-winning Welsh pink gin, handcrafted in the cellars of the historic Hensol Castle in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Built on Hensol Castle’s classic Welsh Dry Gin, it combines wild strawberries and hibiscus flowers for a fruity yet balanced expression. Fresh strawberry sweetness and meadow-like floral aromas are balanced by the natural tartness of hibiscus, creating flavours reminiscent of cranberry and pomegranate.

Unlike many flavoured gins, no sugar or sweeteners are added; the flavour comes from real fruit and natural ingredients. Serve with Mediterranean tonic and fresh strawberry, or use it in a strawberry fizz with mint and Prosecco.
