Barti Spiced Rum with Pembrokeshire Seaweed 70cl

Barti Spiced is an award-winning Welsh spiced spirit combining fine Caribbean rum with a distinctive infusion of wild, hand-picked laver seaweed from the Pembrokeshire coast.

Vibrant vanilla, warm cinnamon and clove combine with sweet citrus, while the laver seaweed adds subtle savoury umami notes that soften and enrich the spirit. The result is smooth enough to enjoy neat while retaining enough spice and character for mixing with cola, ginger beer or cloudy apple juice.

Created in Pembrokeshire and inspired by legendary Welsh pirate Barti Ddu — “Black Bart”, this is one of Wales’ most distinctive modern spirits.
