Snowdonia Purple Vale Onion & Balsamic Cheddar 200g

Snowdonia Purple Vale combines rich, crumbly mature Cheddar with balsamic caramelised red onion chutney and Giusti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The result balances deep savoury cheese with sweet onion and tangy balsamic notes.

Cheddar cheese (MILK) (90.9%), balsamic caramelised onion chutney (7.3%) (caramelised onions with rapeseed oil, sugar, muscovado sugar, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (wine vinegar (SULPHITES), concentrated grape must), white wine vinegar (SULPHITES), kibbled red onions, concentrated lemon juice and thickeners: modified corn starch and pectin), and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (1.8%) (cooked grape must and wine vinegar (SULPHITES)).
