Matilde Vicenzi Vicenzovo Ladyfingers (Savoiardi) 200g

Classic Italian Vicenzovo Savoiardi Ladyfingers from Matilde Vicenzi, made according to a traditional recipe with 26% fresh eggs. Their light, airy sponge texture and high absorption make them particularly well suited to tiramisù, trifles and other layered desserts, while still holding their shape after soaking. Matilde Vicenzi has produced Savoiardi since the early 1900s near Verona.

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, sugar, fresh EGGS 26%, glucose syrup, raising agents (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate), natural flavourings. May contain SOY and MUSTARD.
