Hensol Castle Black Cherry Gin 70cl

Hensol Castle Black Gin is a bold, fruit-forward Welsh gin handcrafted at Hensol Castle in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Inspired by the classic Bramble cocktail, it combines traditional juniper character with black muscat grapes hand-foraged from Hensol Castle’s botanical garden, black cherries and ripe blackberries. Rich dark fruit is balanced by bright juniper and a subtle warmth from cassia, leading to a naturally sweet, floral finish.

Serve over ice with Indian tonic, lemon and fresh blackberries, or use it as the base for a classic Bramble.
