Ferns Brinjal Pickle 380g

Ferns Brinjal Pickle is a tangy Indian aubergine pickle made with brinjal pieces, chilli, mustard and aromatic spices. Mild in heat, it pairs well with rice, curries, naan and roti, and can also add a spicy-savoury note to sandwiches or burgers.

Brinjal pieces 65%, sugar, water, sunflower oil, green chillies, chilli powder, salt, acetic acid (E260), split mustard, cumin powder and turmeric powder.
