Dà Mhìle Organic Seaweed Gin is a distinctive savoury Welsh gin produced at Glynhynod Farm in Ceredigion, West Wales.

Originally created to complement seafood, the gin has a herb-led botanical base and is infused with organically sourced seaweed after distillation, giving it a subtle maritime character and gentle savoury notes. It works particularly well with a natural or Mediterranean tonic and rosemary, olive or lemon, and its salty, umami profile makes it especially suited to dry or dirty martinis.
