Dà Mhìle Organic Welsh Seaweed Gin 35cl

Dà Mhìle Organic Seaweed Gin is a distinctive savoury Welsh gin distilled at Glynhynod Farm in Ceredigion, West Wales.

Originally created to complement seafood, it uses a garden-herb-led botanical base before being infused with organically sourced seaweed after distillation. The result is a fresh, maritime gin with subtle savoury and saline notes.

Serve with natural or Mediterranean tonic and rosemary, olive or lemon, or use it in a dry or dirty martini. The smaller 35cl bottle also makes an excellent introduction to Dà Mhìle’s more unusual coastal style.
