A rich and traditional thick-cut breakfast marmalade made with juicy Seville oranges and muscovado sugar for a deep, full-bodied citrus flavour. Prepared in small batches by Cottage Delight, the thick pieces of orange peel give this classic preserve plenty of character and a satisfying bittersweet finish. Delicious generously spread over hot buttered toast, crumpets or breakfast muffins, and equally useful as a glaze for roasted gammon or as a zesty addition to baking.
