A creamy Welsh mature cheddar from Caws Cenarth, blended with real leeks for a savoury cheese-and-onion style flavour. This waxed 200g mini cheese works particularly well on a cheeseboard, with crackers and chutney, or melted into cooking. Caws Cenarth specifically recommends it both for cheeseboards and cooking.
