We endeavour to maintain
the accuracy of all prices shown on the Shopping Cart, however, we reserve
the right to change the prices at any time prior to accepting any order
without prior notice. In the event that a price is changed we shall notify
you of the price change and ask whether you wish to confirm your order
at the amended price.
Payment may be made
in pounds sterling by Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Connect, Solo or
American Express. Payment will be debited from your account upon despatch
of your order. All credit card numbers are encypted in the software when
the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted
after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any
web site.
Property and title
in and to the goods ordered by you shall not pass to you until we have
received payment in cleared funds for the price of the goods and the goods
have been despatched to you.
No contract shall
be formed between us and you until we despatch the goods to you and charge
you for the goods.
All goods are subject
to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply a requested
item, we reserve the right to substitute goods of similar type and value
to those ordered.
Claims for breakages,
damaged or missing goods must be made within 24 hours of their receipt.
Where a valid claim is determined we shall replace the goods free of charge
or offer you a full refund for the damaged goods. Your statutory rights
as a consumer are not affected.
Any personal data
which is provided by you will be held on our computers and will not be
transferred to any third party, except where necessary to provide our
service to you. All personal data will only be used in accordance with
the Data Protection Act 1998.
